Here is how to make wonderful Egyptian bread ❤
Ingredients :
350 gr water
350 gr water
1 packet yeast
450 gr flour
50 gr whole rye flour
10 gr salt
Mix all the ingredients well and knead.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour.
Knead again and form small balls.
Cover them and let them rise for another 20 mn.
Spread them out with a rolling pin to get a nice flat circle. Use more rye flour if they are sticky.
