Vegan quesadillas
This evening was vegan 😊 And you know what ? Nobody even noticed. Quesadillas are filled with soya, homemade salsa and beans. Guacamole and homemade vegan cheddar are the dips. A really really nice dinner 💚😋

Trying tempeh
Today's challenge was to try tempeh... Tempeh is made with fermented soya beans... well, this thing has a very strong taste and maybe I would get use to it but maybe not, like you have to get use to some old stinky cheese !! It was better after boiling and marinated and oven-baked but still, should get used to that taste ! Not there yet ;)
Filipino inspired breakfast
Back from Philippines <3 I enjoyed the food there a lot despite the fact that it was sometimes challenging to find vegetarian food, Filipinos do love their meat !! Specially enjoyed to have rice and eggs for breakfast. Back home I had to make it again for myself, will definitely do this regularly ^^
