Vegan cheesecake

Image
Today I'm proud to present you my new creation ❤ A vegan cheesecake. Loulou's vegan cheesecake. This is an original recipe and I won't share it with you ( sorry ! ) because I intend to sell that one 😉 What I can say to you is that it's made with oat and soy, that it is really delicious, very fresh and creamy and loaded with a lot of good fruits. And believe it or not there is not much sugar in this cake. For a big cake with 12 portions there is just 100 gr sugar. No gelatin, dairy free, reduced amount of sugar but still creamy and delicious 😋 My best advice, order one from me and see for yourself ! To order contact me on my facebook page  click here  or send me an email on yacoubhelene@msn.com !  ( nota, you have to live in Stavanger or region to order from me of course ! )

Now we all are very hot in the middle of this heat wave... What about a nice ice cream recipe ? This recipe is super nice, super satisfying and super fresh annnnnnnnnd it's vegan and has no added sugar. So. You take : 1 mango 1 orange 1 can coconut milk Now... You : Cut the mango in to dices Cut the orange in half and press on half to get the juice out of it Put the mango, the orange juice and the coconut milk in a blender bzzzzzzzzzzzzz Put the mixture you got in an ice cube tray and let in the freezer for 1 hour After 1 hour, take out your "ice cubes" and put them again in your blender Press the juice out of your another half of an orange and put it in the blender bzzzzzzzzzzzzz Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd… Enjoy !!! Try it and let me know ❤ PS : the picture is not mine ( borrowed from  pixabay ) because when I make this ice cream I don't have time to take a picture, believe me 😂

Cauliflower wings

Tonight I tried cauliflower wings ! That was a total success. Everybody liked it, even me and I'm normally not a big fan of cauliflower 😁 So here is how you do it : Cut one cauliflower into florets Prepare a dip with 2dl soymilk that you blend with 3ss flour and 2ss maizena. Then you add your spices. Pretty much what you want. I had "chicken spice mix", paprika, liquid smoke, pepper and tabasco. Then you dip your cauliflower in your mix and then roll it in breadcrumbs. After that it's just to roast it in the oven after you have sprinkled some oil on it. Roast 10 mn on one side and 10mn on the other. Booooom !!! You got yourself a nice dinner, healthier than kfc but if you trust me... much tastier !! And your kids will looooooove it, I promise ❤

Easy, kid friendly vegan fried noodles

Image
Last time I didn't have much time to make dinner. Here is what I came up with :) First I made a simple marinade with soy sauce, chili, garlic and ginger. I put some tofu in the marinade and let it for about 10 mn. In the mean time I cut some carrots, cucumber, mint, and cashews. It's what I had but would have worked with cilantro, squash and mushrooms lol. Do with what you have at home ( and what your kids are ok to eat 😁) Then I took the tofu out of the marinade and coated it with maizena. Next I fried the tofu. At that point I cooked water and cooked the noodles ( mine were ready after 3mn but check the package of yours to be sure ) After it was just to fry the noodles in the rest of the marinade plus sesame oil and at the end add the veggies, tofu and cashews. Really good, balanced, healthy, vegan, easy to do and kids friendly ! Enjoy !
