Saturday night burger



We all have different ways to celebrate Saturday night. Mine is food obviously ^^
This one is a very simple veggie burger that I love to make on my lazy days.

Grate 2 big carrots ( or 3 small ), wash them good and keep the skin, you will get more vitamins out of it.
Mix with 2 eggs, 5 tbsp of flour and one little box of mais.
Add salt and pepper.

Put together and fry in the pan with little oil.

So easy and so tasty !

The kids usually love it.

Here I put in brioche bread that I toasted in the oven, some dip dressing ( sour cream and holiday dip mix ), avocado, tomatoes, cucumber.
That was so good. Very comforting food, and healthier than fast food options around ^^
