My version of Poke bowl


Poke bowl makes a delicious lunch 💓

I put sushi rice in a bowl then add avocado, mango, grated carrots, wakame algae and prawns ( or replace the prawns with edamame beans if you want a vegan version 😉 ). I eat it with some soya sauce and this is truly fresh and delightful and a perfect balanced meal at the same time.
